Once an appointment is booked, we will contact you to verify service details and client information. All required waivers and consent forms will be sent prior to the appointment and must be completed before services can be provided. If additional clarification, parental consent, or adjustments are needed, your appointment may be rescheduled to ensure proper preparation and quality of service. We reserve the right to refuse service.
