GlowTech Nails Limited Re‑Glue Warranty (Glued Applications Only)

THIS IS A LIMITED WARRANTY.

1) What is covered and for how long
If a glued nail applied by GlowTech Nails lifts or fully detaches from normal wear within 7 calendar days of the service date, GlowTech Nails will provide one complimentary re‑glue for the affected nail.

“Normal wear” means routine daily activity performed with proper aftercare as provided in GlowTech Nails’ written aftercare instructions at the time of service.

2) What is not covered
This limited warranty does not cover breakage, cracking, bending, chips, or loss caused in whole or in part by: impact/trauma; excessive force; using nails as tools; picking/biting; improper or missed aftercare; heat or prolonged water exposure; chemicals (including cleaners/solvents/chlorine); or any alteration, removal, or repair by anyone other than GlowTech Nails.

3) How to obtain service (simple and accessible)
To make a claim, contact GlowTech Nails within 7 calendar days of the service date and schedule a brief inspection. Present the affected nail in person for re‑glue. If the nail has been lost or discarded, clear dated photos will be accepted and GlowTech Nails will re‑glue the corresponding nail plate at no charge. Claims will be scheduled as promptly as possible and typically within 3 business days, subject to availability.

4) Sole remedy; no fees
The sole remedy under this limited warranty is one complimentary re‑glue of the affected nail. No refunds or credits are provided under this limited warranty. No diagnostic or other fees will be charged for covered re‑glue service.

5) No tie‑in to products or services
This limited warranty is not conditioned on the purchase or use of any particular brand of product, aftercare item, or additional service.

6) Transferability; governing law; non‑waiver of rights
This limited warranty applies only to the original client and service visit and is not transferable. This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not reduce, any rights and remedies available under applicable law, including the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act. Nothing in this limited warranty limits remedies for personal injury or for violations of law.

7) Pre‑sale availability and clarity
A copy of this limited warranty will be available for review prior to purchase and provided at the time of service. Terms are stated in clear, easy‑to‑understand language.
